Tom Taylor and Bruno Redondo keep trucking along with this excellent title. Really, I just want them to do a Dick/Barbara romance comic. They’re so cute together. OTP!
Before Watchmen: Minuteman 1-6
Watchmen tells us everything that ends up happening to this ill-fated team. Darwyn Cooke gives us the journey to this destination in a story that feels a lot like New Frontier, but way darker. The tragedy of Silhouette is especially horrible for so many reasons. (I was about to enumerate them, but got mad just thinking about it.)
This is by far the best of the Before Watchmen series. Which is hardly a surprise, it’s Darwyn Cooke.
