Olympians 5, 7-8, 10-12
Asked for these as my office Secret Santa gift. I got a few, and then filled out the rest myself. These are as good as the six that I already have. George O’Connor has the amazing ability of taking these well-known, overplayed stories and presenting them in a way that’s completely fresh and fun to read. I hope my kid grows up to love Greek mythology, because I really want to share these with her.
(By the way, the gods here are Poseidon, Hephaistos, Dionysos, Apollo, Ares, and Hermes.)
O’Connor is moving on to the Norse gods next, and I’ll be there from opening day.
